You must first register an official complaint with us. The Legal Ombudsman expects you to give us eight weeks. We then try to resolve the matter. If after eight weeks you are still dissatisfied. Timescales In normal circumstances
You are required to register a complaint with us within one year. After registering a complaint, we will try to resolve it within eight weeks. You may involve the Legal Ombudsman if you are still dissatisfied after eight weeks. However, you must do so within six months of the conclusion of our complaint procedure.
